Our Parent-Teacher Association consists of a group of dedicated individuals—8 parents and 7 teachers—working collaboratively to enhance the school experience for our students. The PTA has a range of objectives, primarily focusing on the overall welfare and wellbeing of our students. This involves influencing the day-to-day routines, both academic and extracurricular, to ensure a conducive learning environment. The PTA also addresses concerns such as hostel and canteen issues, aiming to improve these aspects for the benefit of the students. Communication is key in these meetings and so we make sure every member has a chance to contribute.

Regular meetings, conducted once a month, provide a platform for open communication and productive discussions. These meetings are organized under the leadership of the PTA president, Anil Kumar K.

A prime example of the PTA's impactful efforts is evident during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The PTA played a crucial role in securing funding for smartphones, enabling financially disadvantaged students to engage in remote learning. Additionally, essential items, including food supplies, were distributed to students in need.

As a parent , if you do have any concerns regarding the running of our school or boarding life , please do not hesitate to contact us at deafschooltvm@yahoo.in or express your concerns in the form on the homepage. If the topic is major and concerning , we will try our best to include it in our Parent-Teacher meetings if it cannot be resolved immediately among our teaching staff.
